Returns

If you are at all disappointed in the products you have ordered, please contact us right away. Rest assured, we will "do the right thing" to insure your satisfaction. If we have made a mistake or have fallen short in our guarantee of quality we will replace and reship in-house products at no cost to you and in the quickest way possible.

Shipping

Currently, all of our in-house products are shipped via UPS. Unless you have asked us to use expedited shipping, orders are sent UPS Ground. If you need your products by a certain date, UPS Next Day, Two Day or Three Day may be used. If it will save you money, we may split your order into two shipments - sending enough labels to get you by via expedited shipping and the rest of your order by UPS Ground. UPS provides Saturday delivery to some areas. It's expensive, but handy to have if you're in a pinch!

If you included your email address with your order, a confirmation of your shipment will be emailed to you which will include the tracking numbers for your shipment. You can visit www.ups.com to track the progress and expected delivery of your shipment.

If you have given us a residential address to ship to, you should expect the shipping portion of your bill to be $1 to $2 higher. You can save this extra cost by having UPS deliver to your church or to another place of business. UPS does not deliver to PO Boxes. We must have a street address to ship to.

Cancellations of Shipped labels or nursery products

Orders that are already in the shipping system cannot usually be canceled although we will make every attempt to do so at your request. The cancellation process is costly to us, so once an order has been sent to our shipping department, or transmitted to a vendor for shipment, there may be some kind of penalty to incur our costs.
